Q: What’s the MOQ (Minimum order quantity)?
A: 10 pcs for sample order, 50pcs for bulk order, 20000 pcs for OEM order.
Q: What’s the Lead time?
A: 1-3 working days for samples, 5-7 working days for bulk order. Custom paper box packaging will take around 7 working days after we confirm the final design.
Q: What’s the cooperation delivery?
A: DHL, Fedex, UPS, Air-cargo and so on.
Q: Can i print my logo or custom design?
A: Yes, you can tell us your idea, we will design for you
Q: What’s the process of custom packaging?
A: 1. Got your ideal packaging design
- Create a template accordingly
- Providing the template to customers for the design (Or customer provides the design with AI & PDF file for us to finish the design)
- Pre-production sample arrangement
- Sample is confirmed
- Starting mass production after receiving your confirmation
Q: How to order
A: 1. Kindly tell us which models, quantity, etc to get the latest price;
2.PI(proforma invoice) will be sent for your check;

Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not accept PayPal.
Q: I Received the wrong product, how do I return?
A: Please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Shop Name #Order Number. Briefly explain in the email that you received the wrong product. Alternatively, you can submit a “Return Request” in your order management section and follow the process to submit the necessary evidence and information. We will reply to you via email or through the order management system, providing you with our return address or a return label.

Q: Will I receive a notification for unfulfuilled products?
A: If we are unable to fulfill your product we will notify you via e-mail with your respected credit.
Q: How long would the shipping take?
A: Generally it will take 5-7 working days by DHL/UPS and take 7-10 working days by Fedex. The specific delivery time will be determined by the logistics company. Of course, we will provide online tracking for your order’s shipping information to ensure it reaches your designated location as quickly as possible. Additionally, products from our overseas warehouses are not included in this. Products from our overseas warehouses will be delivered within three business days, except for remote areas or places not serviced by the logistics company.
